We are currently recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to work across Key Stages 3 to 5 in a range of secondary schools in the London Borough of Ealing. As a Graduate Teaching Assistants, you will:

• Support teachers by working with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning
• Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage active participation
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with additional needs (e.g. SEN, EAL)
• Assist with lesson preparation, resource organisation, and classroom displays
• Track student progress and contribute to a positive learning environment

Requirements:

• A degree in any subject
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Checks (if applicable), and professional references
• A full CV covering at least the past 10 years (if applicable)
