Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education? Looking to gain valuable classroom experience before pursuing teacher training? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and driven Graduate Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary schools across Lambeth for the new academic year.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Work closely with class teachers to support pupils across all abilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group interventions

• Assist with classroom management and lesson preparation

• Support pupils with additional learning needs (SEND)

• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• A recent graduate (any subject) with a strong academic background

• Passionate about education and child development

• Confident, proactive, and eager to learn

• Experience working with children is desirable but not essential

• Committed to a full academic year

• Daily rates between £90 and £110, depending on experience

• Opportunities to work in a variety of school settings

• Full support and ongoing professional development

• A stepping stone into teacher training (including salaried routes)
