Tradewind Secondary are currently working alongside a fantastic, well run and supportive Secondary Academy located in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire who are seeking graduates to support as internal Cover supervisors on a full time, ongoing basis following the Easter break.

This is a great chance to gain paid experience in a supportive and well run Academy. The Academy boasts a very modern environment, supportive induction programmes and various routes into teacher training. These are fill time roles supporting various classes across a school day.

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of a 2:1 degree and relevant GCSE's (grade 5 or above in English & Maths). All staff at this 'Good' academy benefit from the school's superb training and mentoring programme and the school is rich with previous trainee students at various stages of their career. Behaviour is good and pupils enjoy learning. The school is organised, brightly lit and with superb resources.

Successful Graduates will be confident and possess a strong personality that will inspire students. They should be keen to get involved in all aspects of school life, including extracurricular activities, and have an open mind towards taking on teacher training later.
