Graduation Event Support - Multiple Candidates Needed

• Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour

Reed Brighton is seeking temporary staff to assist with the smooth running of graduation ceremonies in Brighton where you will play a key role in ensuring a memorable and smooth experience for graduates. We are looking for proactive and attentive individuals to assist during this prestigious event.

• Assist students with gowning and correct placement of hats.
• Ensure students are correctly queued and prepared for their photographs.
• Support the overall smooth running of the graduation event, helping to create a positive and organised environment.

• Monday 28th July: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday 29th, Wednesday 30th & Thursday 31st July: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday 1st August: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Note: This shift may extend depending on pack-up time)

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and work effectively under pressure.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Must adhere to the dress code of plain black attire (no ripped jeans or shorts).
