Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
Contract Type: 1-Year Fixed-Term Contract
Days In Office: 5 days per week

A dynamic, fast-paced company in the financial services sector is seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Web Manager to join their team on a 1-year fixed-term contract.  The company helps to reclaim funds for individuals who have been subjected to scams. Whilst they have a strong online presence, they are looking for a creative and technically skilled professional to elevate their web and design output. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing business that values fresh ideas, performance-driven design, and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

-             Manage the company's website and landing pages, ensuring optimal functionality, and visual appeal
-             Design and implement user-centric experiences using wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
-             Create high-quality digital assets including web graphics, infographics, social creatives, and promotional content
-             Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement front-end improvements; Python knowledge is a bonus
-             Ensure consistency with the brand's visual identity across all platforms
-             Monitor web performance and suggest enhancements based on analytics and user behavior

Skills and Experience:

-            Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital design and website management role
-             Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Python is desirable
-             Strong UX/UI skills with experience in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
-             Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
-             Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
-             Solid understanding of SEO and web analytics
-             High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-             Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
