Job overview

We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to a range of design projects for a high-profile banking client. This role will focus on developing creative solutions for internal communications, presentation decks, marketing content, and other graphic design tasks.

Responsibilities

• As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing designs for a variety of materials including internal communications such as newsletters, posters, and digital signage, as well as creating polished PowerPoint presentations and marketing collateral like brochures, flyers, and social media graphics
• You will collaborate closely with the internal marketing and communications teams to ensure that all designs align with the bank's brand guidelines and messaging
• In addition, you will manage design assets and implement feedback from stakeholders, revising designs as necessary to meet project requirements
• Your work will be critical in ensuring that all design materials are consistent, high-quality, and on brand

Required skills and qualifications

We're looking for someone with proven graphic design experience, ideally with a portfolio that demonstrates work in internal communications, presentation design, and marketing content. You should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, and other relevant design software. A strong understanding of design principles-such as typography, layout, and color theory-is essential, as well as the ability to adapt designs to both print and digital formats. Excellent attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong communication skills are key in this role. Experience working with corporate clients, particularly in the financial or banking sector, is a plus.
