Greenspace and Grounds Maintenance Specialist Consultant

Objective: We are seeking an experienced Greenspaces and Grounds Maintenance Consultant to provide expert consultancy services to undertake a detailed review of our client's existing greenspaces and grounds maintenance contract and to analyse options for future delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in greenspaces and grounds maintenance management, contract review, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review existing contractual arrangement:
   • Conduct a thorough review of the current greenspaces and grounds maintenance contract.
   • Conduct soft benchmarking tests of current FM service delivery.
2. Identify and analyse options for future delivery models:
   • Assess cost-effectiveness of existing delivery model.
   • Identify options for consideration of future delivery models.
   • Provide analysis of each delivery model (existing and proposed).
   • Provide recommendations, with associated rationale, for future delivery model.

Deliverables:

• Comprehensive review report of the existing greenspaces and grounds maintenance contract.
• Analytical report of future delivery models.
• Financial analysis report including cost estimates, savings, and pressures for each analysed delivery model (including current model)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in greenspaces and grounds maintenance management and contract consultancy.
• Strong understanding of greenspaces and grounds maintenance service delivery and contractual terms.
• Excellent analytical and financial skills.

Timeline: The project is expected to be completed by July 31st 2025.
