are seeking

experienced restaurant waiter with leadership skills for the role of
Re
staurant Supervisor.
CONTRACT AND PAY RATE
Earnings are £14.80 per hour, paid weekly equating to a minimum guaranteed gross annual salary of £26,936 (inclusive of the anticipated tronc payment).
The role carries a permanent contract of a minimum of 35 hours per week and typical shifts will be varied, working any 5 days out of 7 including working weekends.
PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Support management in supervising and providing direction to our
restaurant waiting team
,
ensuring the highest standards of servi
ce
provision at all times

Implement training plans and deliver on-the-job training to drive the smoothest, most
polished levels of servi
ce
.
Carry out
knowledge and wine
training and work to
co
ntinuously improve the teams’ knowledge to better enhan
ce
the guest experien
ce
.
Support the
co
mmercial running of the
restaurant
operation including
approving rota hours
and placing orders.
Have a hands-on approach to servi
ce
and hosting,
driving standards at all times
.
To have a
co
mprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menu options to be able to offer guests re
co
mmendations, including understanding the allergens present.

We are home to 137 luxury bedrooms, including 27 suites - the most in the city, a destination cocktail bar with champagne room, and a brasserie style grill with private dining rooms as well as a spectacular terrace.

The successful applicant will have/be:

, high-end restaurant and/or bar.
