Grounds Maintenance & Street Cleaning Operative Manager

This is a full - time temp to perm role based in Braintree paying £20.60 per hour.

We are seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance & Street Cleaning Operative Manager to lead and coordinate a team in delivering high-quality environmental and public space services.

You will manage the day-to-day operation of the Street Scene (grounds maintenance, open spaces and street cleaning) services and the supervision of employees including performance management, recruitment, team building, career development, sickness absence management and discipline.

Must have full driving licence, experience of delivering grounds maintenance services, experience of delivering street cleansing services and experience of managing staff and budgets.
