Grounds Maintenance Operative

Location: Totnes, Devon

Hours: Monday to Friday, between 6 AM - 5 PM (37 hours per week)

Salary: Circa £13 per hour

Join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Operative, where you'll play a key role in keeping public spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• General manual work, including sweeping, weeding, and litter picking
• Maintenance of hard streetscape areas
• Use of strimmers, blowers, and other hand tools (training provided if required)

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• A proactive and hardworking attitude
