Job Description - Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are urgently requiring a Grounds Maintenance Operative to work with our client in the Manchester area. This is for an immediate start. Full time for 3 months. The role is Monday to Friday 7.15am to 3.00pm 36.25 hours per week.

Duties include:

Use of small plant i.e. pedestrian mower, strimmer, hedge cutter and blower.

Requirements:

experience of grounds maintenance
Ability to drive a tipper with trailer (desirable)
Standard driving licences up to 3.5 tonne
B+E on driver license and experience in pulling large trailers, up to 16ft
