What You'll Do:

As a Groundsman, you will play a vital role in maintaining our outdoor areas. Your responsibilities will include:

• ? Clearing pathways to ensure safe and accessible routes
• ?? Cutting hedges and keeping them looking sharp
• Weeding to promote healthy and vibrant landscapes
• ?? Keeping all areas tidy and presentable
• ?? Driving to various sites across Northumberland (don't worry, a company van will be provided!)

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• A valid driving licence is essential
• A strong work ethic and dedication to quality
• Experience in grounds maintenance is a plus, but not required
• A positive attitude and teamwork spirit!

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• During summer months, start time may be 7:30 AM

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: £12.60 to £13.00, depending on experience
