We are seeking an experienced and reliable groundworker to join our team for a long-term project in Carlisle. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a valid CSCS card, and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Excavating and preparing the ground for foundations, drainage, and other construction work.

• Laying and fitting drainage pipes.

• Operating a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site.

• Working effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card is essential.

• Proven experience as a Groundworker.

• Knowledge of groundworks and construction procedures.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong commitment to health and safety.
