• Carry out groundworks tasks on a new housing development.
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a construction team.
• Operate plant and machinery if qualified.
• Follow site instructions and adhere to health and safety standards.

• CSCS card.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Previous experience with groundworks, ideally on new build sites.
• Plant tickets desirable (dumper, roller, 360).

• Competitive hourly rate (negotiable).
• Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 5pm (weekend work available).
• 12-month contract.
• Opportunity to work on a high-profile housing development.
