Job Description - Groundworker Fencer

We working with a reputable Housing Company company providing high-quality services across the Stevenage area.

The role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated ground worker fencer to join our team. You will be responsible for fencing installations and ground preparation work, ensuring every job is completed to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

Installing various types of fencing, including timber, metal and mesh
Preparing and maintaining ground surfaces for fencing projects
Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently
Following health and safety guidelines on site
Driving to and from job sites across Stevenage and nearby locations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a ground worker and/or fencer
Valid driving licence and willingness to drive regularly
Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills

The pay range for the role is £18.00per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £15.35per hour, inclusive of holiday.
