Group Accountant - IFRS 16

We are recruiting an interim Group Accountant to work with our client on an IFRS 16 project following an acquisition.

Taking the lead role in transitioning the leases for the business the role is responsible for management of reallocations and reporting and ensuring adherence to standards. Strong technical skills are necessary and an in-depth working knowledge of IFRS 16 absolutely essential.

The role is hybrid (1 day/ week in the office) and we are looking for a self starter with the expertise to be able to work entirely autonomously with minimal guidance from the client. There is limited knowledge of IFRS 16 in the team and so we are looking for a subject matter expert.
