Group Finance Manager

Group Finance Manager - 6 Month FTC
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 (pro rata)

We're recruiting for a high-profile organisation in the services & entertainment sector, looking to bring on board an experienced Group Finance Manager for a 6-month fixed term contract. This role sits within the central finance team and plays a key part in delivering accurate reporting and partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and timely monthly management reporting
• Provide business partnering support to senior leaders, driving insight and performance
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Work with large data sets using Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to generate meaningful analysis
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting, systems, and finance processes
• Work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insight and analysis

Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (desirable)
• Track record in management reporting and commercial finance
