JOB DETAILS
PAY RATE: £38 -£40 per hour
WORK TYPE: Temporary
WORK PATTERN: Full Time
LOCATION: London

JOB SUMMARY
The Group manager will be navigate and evolving legislation on supported accommodation, market pressures and to development of local authority residential homes.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• You will be able to develop and implement innovative salutations that respond to changes and industry trends
• You will foster strong relationships with accommodation providers to drive service improvement and sustainability

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Relevant Qualifications, with a registered body in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing and experience of working in a Health or Social Care setting
• Highly organised with a strategic mindset and deep understanding of current placement sufficiency landscape
• Able to demonstrate a proven background in service development and planning, with a track record of implementing effective oversight
• Dedicated ensure quality and positive outcomes for children and young people through robust placement reviews
• Experience in managing a budget
