Our Client, a Major Technology Brand are looking to hire a Growth Marketing Product Manager to help attract new customer, improve how they use the service and keep them coming back.

You'd work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Analytics to champion the customer experience across Acquisition, Onboarding, Engagement and Retention.

Overview

• Work with various teams to improve how users experience the product
• Optimise every stage of the customer journey: from sign-up to staying subscribed
• Collect requirements from different teams and find ways to meet them using marketing tools
• Partner with the Lifecycle Marketing team to build strong growth campaigns
• Present your ideas clearly to people at all levels
• Tackle problems creatively, even when there are resource constraints
• Help set priorities, push the work forward, and get buy-in from others
• Monitor performance and look for ways to improve over time

What We're looking for:

• Experience in a marketing focussed product manager role (ideally 5+ years)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (can be indirect)
• Experience in subscription revenue models
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in large, complex matrix environments
• Must be able to commute to London 3 days a week
