Role: Health and Safety Manager (Housing)– Bury
Location: Hybrid – full time
Contract
Salary: £350.00 per day inside IR35 - Umbrella
Info
Key Duties/Tasks will include:

Setting up Permit to Work system for our communal areas, working with our Asbestos and Fire leads to ensure process maps are designed in collaboration with Repairs and Capital Works Teams
Design and Produce a plan to bring CDM in-house in collaboration with the Capital Works Team
Setup a 3rd party audit regime for our EICR programme, as well as moving the 3rd party audit contract for Gas from our Gas Team to the H&S team
Working through previous H&S audit recommendation and working with Repairs Managers to ensure they are implemented, which may include delivery of Toolbox Talks
