Job Opportunity: Handy Person - General Maintenance
Location: Guildford

Job Type: Full-TimeSalary: £150 - £200

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handy Person to join our maintenance team. This role involves carrying out general maintenance tasks and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance duties (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, painting, minor electrical work)
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance or handy person role
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Ability to provide 5 years of verifiable work references
• No criminal record (DBS check will be required)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Desirable:

• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
• Experience working in commercial or residential property maintenance
