We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and expanding business, for a skilled and dependable Handyman to support ongoing renovations and ensure the smooth day-to-day maintenance of their commercial premises and factory facilities.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone with a broad capability of general maintenance and renovation work. The successful candidate will play a part in upgrading and maintaining both office and industrial spaces, contributing to a safe, functional, and well-presented working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with internal renovation projects, including layout changes, refurbishments, and upgrades.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, and carpentry.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers when required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in good condition.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong practical skills across multiple tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
