Position: Handyperson

Location: Bridgwater

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: £16.50 - £18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Conduct general maintenance tasks across the site.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and adjustments.
• Replace and maintain light fittings and lamps.
• Adjust and maintain doors, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
• Carry out basic Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) checks as required.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar maintenance role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and general building maintenance.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
