Handyperson/Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technicians/Handypersons required.
Working: Mon to Fri, 8am till 5pm (40hrs)
Pay: £20.00ph via umbrella (no cis/ltd)
Duration: 12 weeks, temp to perm
Based in: West Bromwich, CV34

Duties may include but are not limited to:
Maintenance / repair to joinery
Maintenance / minor repair to building fabric Ad hoc painting / touching up to properties
Minor mechanical / electrical repairs
Minor repair to plumbing systems and clearing blockages
(PPM’s) Planned Preventative Maintenance jobs assigned
Repairs and modifications to tiling
Repairs and maintenance to ceiling tiles, and any general repair to the facility that is required to maintain the standard of the building.
