Casual Harvest & Farm Support Worker
?? Northampton
?? £14.23 – £15.58 per hour (pro rata to £27,370 – £29,979 per annum)
?? Casual contract | Until November 2025 | Uplift for holiday pay included

We’re looking for a flexible and motivated individual with agricultural experience to support our harvest operations and farm team during this busy seasonal period.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a range of farm machinery including tractors, trailers, and cultivation equipment
Support day-to-day farm operations across arable and/or livestock areas
Carry out routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance
Work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working in arable and/or livestock environments
Skilled in the safe operation and upkeep of farm vehicles and machinery
A proactive and adaptable approach to seasonal work demands
Commitment to supporting the smooth and efficient running of a mixed farm enterprise
