Head Chef

Our client is looking for an experienced temp chef for a minimum 3 month period starting around 7th April.
You will be working within a care home setting catering for around 99 residents on a daily basis preparing for breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning and afternoon tea.
Supporting the current kitchen team structure, improving the quality of the food as well as stock and budget control this is a great role for someone to make an impact.
Previous Head Chef experience is essential, ideally in a similar environment. Working 5/7 days and 1 weekend in 3 daytime hours.
PVG is essential.
