Head of Change and Configuration Management

Outstanding Opportunity to be involved within a great programme of Service Management work.

Will need to have worked in a leadership role across ITIL Accreditated Change and Configuration Teams within medium to large sized / multi business unit teams.

The successful candidate will have outstanding communication and stakeholder skills and hold a Service Management qualification in ITIL.

Potential for a long term piece of work. 6 months initially and UMBRELLA.
