Head of Corporate Finance

I am hiring for a Head of Corporate Finance on behalf of large and renowned property management company in London. This is a fantastic role suited to a technical modelling professional with extensive experience in real estate with a particular expertise on real estate development and investment transactions.

The initial contract length is 6 months, and salary on offer is up to £140K pro rata. This role requires applicants to be immediately available to interview and commence a new role. The duties for the role are as follows:

• Lead team and functions delivering appraisal modelling and investment analysis for all major group urban developments (all >£30m) and investment transactions (all >£10m), defining the group's practices in this area, maintaining modelling capability and quality.

• Directly deliver appraisal modelling and reporting capability across existing and new development propositions as well as building new bespoke modelling solutions for complex investment or transaction opportunities as required

• Guide and support Senior Corporate Finance Analyst on delivery of similar responsibilities - including performing technical peer reviews as required

For this role it is essential to meet the following criteria:

• Extensive experience in real estate with a particular expertise on real estate development and investment transactions
  
  
• Expert financial modelling and analysis skills, including experience in building regimes and broad approaches as well as individual complex models
  
  
• Significant experience in detailed technical appraisal, as well drafting substantial technical financial recommendations and Board-level decision materials, alongside ability to deliver presentations at Board level
  
  
• Desired: ACA/CIMA qualified, with additional investment qualifications (e.g. CFA or IMC) and substantial PQE on main professional qualification
