Job Description - Head of Data & Analytics

Head of Data & Analytics – Contract - Outside IR35 - Surrey - Hybrid

We're hiring a Head of Data & Analytics to lead the development of a new, cloud-centric data capability. This greenfield opportunity is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and experience building scalable data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver the group’s data strategy and architecture
  • Build and manage a high-performing data and analytics team
  • Design and implement data models, data lakes, and warehouses
  • Translate data into actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance
  • Champion data-driven culture across the business
Must have
  • Proven leadership in data/analytics with strong technical background (Python, R, SQL)
  • Expertise in BI tools, data integration, and cloud platforms
  • Solid understanding of data governance and architecture
  • Experience delivering impactful insights in a commercial setting
