We’re seeking an experienced Head of Data / Data Manager for a 5-month contract. This hybrid role requires someone who can design and deliver a comprehensive data strategy from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on data governance, compliance, and actionable insight generation. This role is Inside IR35 and offers up to £600/day.

The Role

As the Head of Data, you’ll take full ownership of the data landscape from shaping the strategic vision to implementing the right tools, building and optimising pipelines, and enabling business-wide data-driven decision making. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure data is clean, compliant, and delivering value.

Requirements:

• Strong track record in data strategy, governance, and compliance
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Cloud services
• Deep knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and data integration
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar analytics/reporting tools
