• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Provide financial insights to senior leadership for decision-making purposes.
• Manage cash flow and ensure effective financial risk management.

Profile

A successful Head of Finance should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Held a previous role as an FD or Head of Finance.
• Proven expertise in financial management and reporting within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
