Head of FP&A / Insurance / London / Day Rate £750 - £900

A well-known insurance firm is seeking a Interim Head of Group FP&A to steer their budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead/ manage comprehensive budgeting, forecasting and analytical functions at a group level
• Foster robust relationships with key business partners, providing challenge and insight
• Own the quarterly and annual earnings group results reporting process
• Provide commercial understanding to enable decision-making
• Lead the preparation of the annual Business Plan for the UK division and quarterly forecasts/ re forecasts
• Coaching and mentoring the wider FP&A team

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven senior FP&A expertise within an insurance firm
• Track record of managing a team
• Strong communication skills - the ability to speak through complex financial technical matters
• Balance sheet, financial planning and risk skills
• Ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders
• Demonstratable commercial acumen with a track record of adding value
