Head of HR - 6m Fixed Term Contract
Location: Remote with travel to regional office (Berkshire) 1-2 times per month
Salary: £55,000 per annum

About the Role:

This is a pivotal role focused on shaping and strengthening our HR function. You will lead key strategic initiatives and provide expert guidance across several core areas of HR.

• HR Gap Analysis: Evaluate current HR capabilities and identify areas for development and improvement.
• Employment Contract Review: Analyse existing contracts and lead the development of standardised templates to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Job Architecture & Total Rewards: Design a clear job architecture framework and conduct a comprehensive review of our total rewards strategy.
• L&D Skills Gap Analysis: Assess learning and development needs across the organisation and provide actionable recommendations.
• Career Pathways Development: Create structured and transparent career progression pathways to support employee growth and retention.

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Expertise in employment law, compensation frameworks, and organisational development.
• Ability to deliver impactful change within a fixed timeframe.
