An NHS Organisation in North London is looking for a Head of Learning & Development

Daily rate: £44.85/ hour Umbrella

Location: London - 3 days on site
Duration: 3 months initially

Start: Immediately

Your duties will include:

- Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing L&D teams within complex healthcare or public sector environments

- Strong track record in overseeing mandatory training compliance, ensuring alignment with NHS standards and regulatory requirements

- Expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support scalable and accessible learning solutions

- Demonstrated success in designing, delivering, and evaluating Apprenticeship programmes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers

- Skilled in developing and curating e-learning content that enhances staff engagement and supports continuous professional development

- Strategic thinker with the ability to align L&D initiatives with organisational goals, workforce planning, and service improvement priorities

The successful candidate MUST:

- Have experience working in the NHS
