Red Personnel is proud to partner with a leading property developer to recruit an exceptional Leasing & Lettings Manager (Head) for a prestigious mixed-use scheme in West London. This is a high-impact, 6-9 month contract position with a competitive day rate of £500-600, offering the chance to shape a landmark London development.
The Role:
As the Head of Leasing & Lettings, you will take full ownership of the commercial leasing strategy for a prime mixed-use asset, comprising:

• 7 floors of premium office space
• 6 high-spec retail/leisure units
• A flagship rooftop restaurant

You will be responsible for:
? End-to-end leasing strategy – from marketing and viewings to negotiations and deal completion
? Tenant acquisition & retention – ensuring optimal tenant mix and 100% occupancy
? Financial performance – structuring rent-free periods, incentives, and lease terms to maximize ROI
? Stakeholder management – liaising with landlords, investors, and operational teams
? Project oversight – coordinating with marketing, legal, and property management teams
Ideal Candidate Profile:
? Proven track record in commercial leasing, ideally with large-scale developments
? Strong financial acumen – understanding of asset performance, lease structuring, and rent incentives
? Exceptional negotiation skills – able to secure high-value, long-term tenancies
? Experience with F&B/restaurant leasing (advantageous for the rooftop unit)
? Strategic, results-driven mindset with the ability to work at pace
