?? We're Hiring: Head of Operations (Facilities Management)

?? Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex

?? Salary: £65,000

?? Contract: 9-month FTC, with potential for a permanent assignment.

One of our fantastic clients are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Operations to lead their facilities management services— including security and enforcement, grounds maintenance, fire door maintenance, contact centre services and cleaning and catering

• Lead and develop operational teams across multiple service areas.
• Drive efficiency, performance, and value for money.
• Manage budgets, resources, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Support business growth and new contract mobilisation.

• CMI Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and multi-service management experience.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.

• Experience in public sector contracts.

SIA (non-front line) license required. Basic DBS check applies.
