Head of Reporting

Location: Croydon | Industry: Global B2B/Information Services | Function: Group Finance

An experienced Group Finance Manager is required for a fixed-term role covering maternity leave. This position sits within the Group finance team, with responsibility for delivering timely and accurate management and statutory reporting, overseeing global tax compliance, and improving financial processes and controls.

• Lead and mentor a small team (1 direct, 2 shared reports), driving performance and professional development

• Manage the monthly reporting cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency through delegation, training, and automation

• Oversee group and subsidiary audits and statutory accounts under IFRS/UKGAAP/local GAAP

• Coordinate global corporation tax and VAT compliance with external advisors

• Lead balance sheet and cashflow forecasting

• Drive improvements in processes and financial controls across the group

• Support ad hoc reporting (e.g., ESG) and provide technical accounting input to senior stakeholders

• ACA qualified accountant

• Strong experience with audits and IFRS/UKGAAP reporting

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Proven ability to lead improvements in reporting and controls
