The ideal candidate

• BEd degree or a BA degree with PGCE / QTS
• Master's Degree is preferable
• At least 10 years of experience in education, with a minimum of 4+ years in a leadership role
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Previous experience in a similar role in a British Curriculum School
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
• A commitment to continuous professional growth and development
• A dynamic and enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for teaching and inspiring students
