The ideal candidate

• Bachelor Degree in Education or Degree with PGCE in Secondary Education
• Master Degree in Educational Leadership or similar
• Proven experience in attracting, retaining, and developing teaching talent
• At least 5 years of teaching experience in the UK.
• Proficiency in standards of child protection & safeguarding.
• Ideally, having taught in international school setting,
• Knowledge of the British National Curriculum
