What We’re Looking For

• A qualified educator with a Bachelor’s degree and PGCE (or equivalent)
• A Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or a related field is preferred
• At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in a British curriculum international school
• A deep understanding of the National Curriculum for England, IGCSEs, and A-Levels
• A proven track record of leading school improvement and fostering professional growth
