Teaching Hours: 24 hrs/week | Marking/Prep: Remainder of Full-Time Hours - Pay is competitive

Contract Type: Temporary - Till the end of the year

Are you a passionate and experienced Health and Social Care Lecturer ready to inspire the next generation of carers and healthcare professionals?

We're seeking a dedicated individual to deliver NCFE-accredited Health and Social Care qualifications, with a focus on Level 3, while also supporting Levels 1 and 2. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic learning environment and has the skills to guide learners through to final assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching across NCFE Level 1, 2, and primarily Level 3 Health and Social Care courses.
• Provide academic and pastoral support to learners to help them succeed.
• Mark and assess end-of-year assignments and coursework in line with NCFE standards.
• Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and learning strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, assessment, and feedback.

Requirements:

• Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent).
• Significant industry experience in the Health and Social Care sector.
• Proven teaching experience at Level 3, preferably with NCFE modules.
• Strong assessment and marking skills, particularly during end-of-year periods.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
