Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in the Wirral, who are seeking a dedicated Health and Social Care Teacher to join their team from September 2025.

This is a full-time position for 1 term, teaching Health and Social Care across KS4 and KS5, with a small timetable of Key Stage 3 ICT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated Health and Social Care lessons to KS4 and KS5 students
• Teach some ICT lessons at KS3 level
• Assess, monitor and support student progress
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum and resources

Requirements:

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Specialism in Health and Social Care (with ability to teach ICT at KS3 level)
• Experience teaching Health and Social Care to KS4 and KS5 (preferred)
• Strong classroom management skills
• A passion for student achievement and wellbeing
