Description

As an Administrator your responsibilities includes:

• Manage and organise medical and clerical staff schedules.
• Coordinate and facilitate healthcare services.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets, billing, and contracts.
• Handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Report to and assist the department head as needed.

Profile

A successful Healthcare Administrator should have:

• Relevant educational qualifications in healthcare administration or related experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Good communication skills
