Our client, a leading organisation in the housing sector, is seeking a Heating Systems Contracts Manager to join their team for a temporary contract in Croydon, London. Role Overview:
As the Heating Systems Contracts Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that all heating systems meet compliance standards. Your expertise will cover domestic and commercial gas systems, renewable energy solutions like ground and air source heat pumps, heat interface units, and heat recovery units. You'll also be responsible for servicing and maintaining these systems while acting as the subject matter expert within the housing directorate.

What We Offer:

• Contract Length: 4 months
• Daily Rate: £500 per day umbrella (Inside IR35)
• Working Pattern: Full-Time, 3 days a week in the office (80% office-based)
• Location: Croydon, conveniently located just 11 minutes walk from East Croydon train station and 5 minutes from George Street tram station. Perks Include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee heating system compliance and maintenance.
• Manage contracts and negotiate terms with vendors.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all systems.
• Provide top-notch service that prioritises both compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide gas surveyors and contractors.
• deputise for the Head of Compliance as needed.

Ideal Candidate:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Extensive knowledge of heating systems compliance, including domestic and commercial gas systems.
• Expertise in renewable energy systems (ground source heat pumps, air source heat pumps, etc.).
• Strong contract negotiation skills and vendor relationship management experience.
• Proven project management and risk management capabilities.
• A commitment to legal compliance and high-quality service delivery.

A car would be essential for site visits as needed, so a valid driving licence is required.
