Job Title: Helpdesk Support

Location: Tottenham Court Road

Pay: £13 - £14 per hour

Hours/Days: Monday- Friday 9am-6pm

Duration: Temporary 4-6 weeks

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• ?? Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails in line with client service level agreements.
• ?? Maintain high accuracy in information gathering and inputting.
• ? Ensure all Helpdesk calls are recorded and followed through to completion in a timely manner.
• ?? Collaborate with your team to tackle challenges and innovate solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with clients with a positive attitude, providing exceptional service!
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, concise solutions.
• Keep track of requests and follow up diligently to ensure satisfaction.

What You Bring:

• ?? Some experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• ? A proactive, innovative mindset with a interest for learning and development.
• ?? Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
• ?? The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team!
