Job Description - HGV Class 2 Driver

Ongoing, dependable work
Favourable weekend days - morning hours
Experienced Drivers required - ideally 6 months active

Weekend Class 2 Driver Wanted – Hookloader – £16.41/hr + Weekend Premium

We’re looking for a dependable Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join our team for weekend morning shifts, with the potential to increase to 3–4 days per week.

Shift Pattern:
Saturday & Sunday – 06:00 to 14:00
(Possibility of additional weekday shifts)

Pay:

£16.41 per hour
£110 weekend premium for completing both shifts

The Role:
You’ll be operating a Class 2 vehicle, primarily performing waste and recycling collections. Experience with hookloaders is advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate.

Requirements:

Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
Minimum 6 months of recent driving experience (we are unable to consider newly passed drivers)
CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Punctual, responsible, and committed to high standards of work
