This is a great opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking for steady weekday work with a well-organised operation. You’ll be delivering primarily to independent roofers and housing sites , covering local areas including Leeds, Wakefield, Harrogate, and York . With just 4–5 drops per day , this role offers a manageable workload and consistent routes. Key Responsibilities: Deliver roofing materials to residential and site locations Operate HIAB safely and efficiently Carry out daily vehicle checks and complete paperwork Provide a professional and polite service to customers Ensure loads are secure at all times What’s in it for you? £18.00 per hour Monday to Friday – no weekend work Local, regional deliveries Ongoing, consistent work Supportive team and well-run operation Requirements: Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence (held for minimum 1 year) Minimum 6 months HIAB experience Valid HIAB certification CPC & Digital Tachograph card Professional, polite, and reliable approach Additional Info: 4–5 drops per day (worst case scenario) Deliveries to independent roofers and housing sites Covering Leeds, Wakefield, Harrogate & York Minimal handball (occasional requirement) Why work with Recruit A Driver?
