High Level Teaching Assistant

An Ofsted rated "Outstanding" Primary school in Newham, is seeking a passionate and dynamic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team and support the delivery of their Computing curriculum on a part-time basis commencing in September 2025.

Rates of pay will be dependent on experience and range from £100- £125 per day (PAYE)

The successful ICT HLTA will work closely with class teachers to provide high-quality ICT instruction across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ensuring that their pupils develop the skills and confidence to become competent and creative users of technology. The school are looking at a commitment of Wednesday -Friday however there might be some flexibility.

In order to be considered for this ICT HLTA role in Newham Y4 teaching role in Newham you will need to have:

Ideally experience of a similar nature in a Primary or secondary mainstream schools.

Knowledge of supporting children in ICT

An Enhanced Child Only DBS and/or Overseas Police checks

Your CV must cover your employment and education history since you finished formal education and any employment breaks must be explained
