Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step? We are looking for a committed and capable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our vibrant school community in Welwyn Garden City this September.

As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in enhancing learning across the school by:

• Delivering lessons and leading learning activities in the absence of the teacher

• Supporting teachers with planning, assessment, and classroom management

• Leading small group interventions and supporting individual students

• Contributing to the development of teaching resources and strategies

• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
