Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with special educational needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.
• Assist in planning and delivering individualised learning programs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure student's needs are met.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and reports as required.
• Promote positive behaviour and support emotional well-being.

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with additional needs.
• A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
